The newly appointed Trump National Labor Relations Board is actively engaged in reversing many of the pro-labor decisions of the Biden Board and our clients will benefit from most of these changes . Our task is to assist them in doing so by establishing Human Resources policies that create employment cultures averse to unionization and by working with them to develop effective and creative strategies for response to union organizing efforts.
We also have clients that have established long term relationships with unions. In some cases these clients have unionized facilities across the country. For those clients we provide traditional labor services such as representation in labor arbitrations and union negotiations either as chief negotiators or as advisors to the negotiation team. We also assist those clients in strike planning and strike management and representation before the Board.
